What are the gym's hours?
Our gym is open Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM, and on weekends from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Do you offer group fitness classes?
Yes, we offer a variety of group fitness classes, including yoga, Pilates and Zumba. Our certified instructors are here to help you stay motivated and achieve your fitness goals. Check our schedule for class times and availability!
